The Members' Meeting is the highest decision-making body of the association and elects the Board, which conducts the association's business. In its annual strategy meeting, it lays down the objectives of BVL and defines core topics. It draws up the guidelines and adopts measures to promote the ongoing strategic development of the association. It is responsible for business management and for executing the decisions of the Members' Meeting.
