Use the registration option on the internet for your registration. The following personal data is required for registration: Name, first name, company, function, address, contact data (e-mail address, phone number). You will then receive a confirmation of registration and an invoice at the e-mail address given during registration. Please make sure to transfer the invoice amount, stating the invoice number, before the start of the event.
The conference fees are exempt from VAT according to § 4 (22) UStG.
With the registration and payment of the participation fee you are entitled to the following services:
Should the capacity of the premises be exceptionally limited, we will ensure an adequate live broadcast of the presentations at the coffee bars.
The invoice will be sent electronically to the event attendee's email address. If the invoice is to be sent to a separate e-mail address, please enter this e-mail address in the "Remarks" field in the registration form. The invoice must be credited to our bank account before the event begins. It is also possible to pay the invoice by credit card before the start of the event or on site.
After registration and receipt of payment by October 2, 2023, we will create your name badge with integrated RFID transponder and send it by mail within Germany. The name badge is the admission ticket to the congress. If you register during the congress days, you will receive your name badge in connection with payment of the registration fee directly on site. The name badge enables you to enter the congress as well as the contactless check-in and serves as access to all events. Please wear your name badge visibly at all times. Transfer of the admission ticket and name badge is not permitted. Misuse of the admission card/name badge constitutes a serious breach of the conditions of participation by the participant and may result in immediate expulsion from the International Supply Chain Conference. We reserve the right to take further legal action, in particular claims for damages.
Receive your congress bag, the lunches in the restaurant as well as your ticket for the evening event by scanning your RFID name tag. Similarly, your registration for the outdoor sequences will take place on site from 12:15 pm on October 19, 2023, as the outdoor sequences are limited to a certain number of participants.
Through the use of RFID technology, participation-related data will be collected and processed for the better design of the congress process. This is done with the greatest possible data economy and confidentiality. The chip integrated in the name badge transmits an identification number to the reader from a short distance. This number and a database connected behind it are used, for example, to determine the legitimacy of access or the receipt of conference documents.
At the end of the congress, all information in this database is deleted.
If you would like to have your identification number anonymously assigned to your data during the event, you can request this at a counter in the entrance area of the Hotel InterContinental Berlin on October 17, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. or during the congress days from 8:00 a.m. onwards.
The use of BVL hotel contingents is linked to participation in the International Supply Chain Conference 2023. By successfully registering for the congress, you give your consent for the hotel staff to contact you by telephone and e-mail.
The event will be documented by photographers and a video/sound team in order to publish the recordings on the Internet and in the media for marketing and PR purposes after the event.
The German Logistics Association (BVL) e.V. will treat your data confidentially and will only use it in accordance with data protection regulations. By registering, you acknowledge the conditions of participation and also agree in particular that the photos, video and audio recordings, as well as your event-related personal data, may be used for marketing and PR purposes, and that the data relating to the company you have named may be published in the list of participants and on the name badge for this event. All image and publication rights are held by the organizer.
By participating in the event, you also consent to the transfer of data to our partner companies, in particular to our partner companies contacting you by e-mail. The visitor's per-sonal data such as name, company, function and e-mail address may be passed on to the partners and sponsors of individual sequences if you have attended this sequence. The visitor agrees to be contacted by these partners and sponsors. The visitor has the right to revoke this consent at any time. For more information, please see our privacy information .
Our partners and sponsors must also observe the regulations of the DSG-VO when handling your data and delete data in due course. We cannot provide detailed information on this and refer to the data protection information of the respective company.
Participants who register after October 9, 2023 (editorial deadline) are not entitled to be mentioned in the list of participants.
The BVL office points out that no data of participants will be passed on by it in the run-up to the International Supply Chain Conference.
Please understand that cancellations must be made in writing. For booking changes due to incomplete or incorrect participant information, a processing fee of EUR 50,- will be charged. For cancellations after September 1, 2023, a cancellation fee of EUR 350,- will be charged.
For cancellations after October 1, 2023 and for no-shows, the full fee will be charged. In case of cancellation, a substitute participant can be named in writing.
All promotional activities not expressly approved by the organizer are prohibited.
Place of performance and jurisdiction is Bremen.
