Registration for participants
The conference fees are exempt from VAT in accordance with § 4 (22) UStG.
By registering and paying the participation fee, you are entitled to the following benefits:
• Participation in the conference events
• detailed congress documents
• Lunch on all three days of the conference
• Refreshments at the designated coffee bars
• Visit to the accompanying exhibition
• Participation in the gala evening on October 17, 2018
• Participation in the After Work Party on October 18, 2018
Should the capacity of the premises be exceptionally limited, we guarantee an adequate live broadcast of the lectures at the coffee bars.
Use RFID technology
After registration and receipt of payment until September 28, 2018, we will create your name badge with integrated RFID transponder. The name badge is the admission ticket to the conference. If you register during the conference days, you will receive your name badge in connection with payment of the registration fee locally. The name badge gives you access to check-in and access to all events. Please wear your name badge always visible. A transfer of the admission card and the name badge is not permitted. The misuse of the admission card / name badge constitutes a serious violation of the terms of participation by the participant and may result in the immediate committee of the International Supply Chain Conference. We reserve the right to take further legal action, in particular claims for damages.
Receive your conference bag, lunch at the restaurant and your ticket for the evening event by scanning your RFID badge. In the same way, your registration for the outdoor sequences will take place on October 17, 2018 at 12:15 pm, the outdoor sequences are limited to a certain number of participants.
Through the use of RFID technology, participation-related data is collected and processed to improve the design of the congress. This is done with the greatest possible data economy and confidentiality. The chip integrated in the name tag transmits an identification number to the reader from a short distance. With the help of this number and a database connected behind it, for example, the legality of the access or the reception of the conference documents are determined.
Upon completion of the congress, all information in this database will be deleted.
If you wish an anonymous assignment of the identification number to your data already during the event, then you can do so on 16 October 2017 from 17:00 - 20:00 or during the conference days from 8:00 on a counter in the entrance area of the Hotel InterContinental Berlin.
How to register:
Please use the registration form on the Internet or the registration hotline +49 421 173 84 38 for your registration. You will then receive a registration confirmation and an invoice. Please transfer the invoice amount, stating the invoice number, before the beginning of the event.
The use of hotel quotas of the BVL is bound to participation in the 35th International Supply Chain Conference.

If you register during the congress days an additional registration fee of 100€ will be charged. The participation fee is to be paid immediately in cash or by credit card.
Invoice and payment
The invoice will be sent electronically to the e-mail address of the event participant. If the invoice is to be sent to a separate e-mail address, please enter this e-mail address in the "Comments" field in the application. The invoice must be credited to our bank account before the start of the event. It is also possible to pay the bill before the start of the Conference or on site by credit card.
Photo and film rights
The event will be documented by photographers and a video team to post the post-event footage for PR purposes on the Internet and in the media.
The Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL) e.V. will handle your data confidentially and will only use it in accordance with data protection regulations. By registering, you agree to the conditions of participation and, in particular, agree that the photos and your event-related personal data as well as the data of the company named by you will be published in the participant directory and on the name tag for this event. Otherwise, the organizer will ask for a written notice by October 10, 2018. All image and publication rights are the responsibility of the organizer.
Please understand that cancellations must be made in writing. For booking changes due to incomplete or incorrect participant information, a processing fee of EUR 50, - will be charged. For cancellations from 1st September 2018 a cancellation fee of EUR 350, - will be charged. Participants who register after October 5, 2018 (copy deadline) are not entitled to be listed in the participant directory.
For cancellations after October 5, 2018 and no shows, the full fee will be charged. In case of prevention, a substitute participant can be named in writing.
Selected sequences will be translated simultaneously. To accept the headphones, please deposit your business card. If you do not return the headphones, we charge a fee of EUR 150, -.
All promotional activities not expressly approved by the Organizer are prohibited.
Place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Bremen.
The organizers reserve the right to change the program.
