The 36-page 4-colour Conference programme (format DIN A4) will be published in the German edition with a total print run of 60,000 copies. The first print run will be distributed via direct mailing in June. An updated print run will be published at the beginning of September and also dispatched by direct mailing; it will be part of the conference documentation during the Conference.

The directory of exhibitors/participants (DIN A4) contains the exhibition plans with details of stands, the short exhibitor directory and the list of participants. All participants will receive the directory of exhibitors/participants when they check in. The print run is 3,000 copies.

The Conference volume (print run of 3,500 copies, hard cover, around 600 pages) contains expert contributions from the worlds of science and practice on the topics of all sequences as well as on the guest country.

The conference directory is part of the congress papers. It is equipped with a room overview and directory and states the latest programme changes.

The Conference volume is supplemented by the option of downloading the conference presentations from the BVL homepage. The sponsorship package entitles the sponsor to refer to his commitment with his logo on the introductory page of the download section.
