Registration
The conference fees are exempted from VAT in line with the German tax regulations (section 4 (22) UStG). Upon registration and payment of the attendance fee, you are entitled to the following:

• Participation in the Forum
• Refreshments at the designated points
• Visit to the exhibition
• Participation in the Happy Hour and Evening Programme

How to register
To register, please use only the participation form or the registration option on the Internet. The invoice sent to you serves as confirmation of your registration.
Please make sure that you transfer the invoiced amount, stating the invoice number, before the beginning of the event.

Participation fees
€ 590.- for members BVL or members of the ELA-partner organisations
€ 690.- for non-members
Special terms for scientists/researchers and students on request!

Cancellation
We trust you will understand that cancellations must be made in writing; up to
March 9, 2011 a processing fee of EUR 200 will be charged for cancellation.

Participants, who register themselves after March 9, 2011 (press date), can not assert a claim to be mentioned in the list of participants.

For cancellations (in writing, please) after the registration deadline of March 9, 2011 and in the event of non-appearance, you will be charged the full fee. If you are unable to attend, you may notify us of a substitute attendee in writing.

Selected presentations will be simultaneously interpreted. Please hand in your business card when you take out the headphones. If the headphones are not returned, we will levy a charge of EUR 150.

All advertising activities that are not expressly approved by the organiser are prohibited.

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme.

The governing law of the Federal Republic of Germany is applicable. Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is Bremen.

Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL) e.V. treats your data in the strictest confidence and only uses the data in compliance with the data protection regulations. By registering and accepting the Conditions of Participation, you also agree in particular to the publication of personal details that are of relevance for the event as well as data concerning the company named by you in the directory of participants and on the name badge for this event.
