BVLs fifth international chapter was founded on November 22 in Singapore.
Chairpersons Kai Y. Chan, Senior Vice President, DHL Global Forwarding Management and Philipp von Pein, Managing Director, mSE Pte. Ltd.; the German Ambassador in Singapore Angelika Viets; Chairperson Torsten Mallée, General Manager, AEB (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Wimmer, Chairman of the Executive Board of BVL, at the founding event.
Ambassador Viets welcomed BVLs initiative. „The work of the BVL chapters will contribute to the further enhancement of our outstanding trade relations“, she said in her speech to more than 50 participants. The founding event has been organised and supported by Prof. Peter Klaus and his Team of the German Institute of Science and Technology in Singapore.
